WOD 120710
"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, where the first 8 intervals are pullups, the second are ring dips, the third 8 are front squats and the last 8 being renegade push ups. There is no rest between exercises. Record all reps for each exercise.
Results :
Jono : ( 37, 49, 66, 52) = 204 reps
Jerry : (58, 58, 74, 51)= 241 reps
Sam : (62, 65, 93, 63)= 283 reps
